- Develop and maintain the ERP application roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and investments.
- Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and implementations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure successful delivery.
- Design and oversee integrations between ERP and ancillary systems (CRM, BI, manufacturing systems, EDI, etc.).
- Ensure scalable, maintainable architecture and data flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system design and standards.
- Lead reporting strategy, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and actionable insights.
