As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for Capital Group’s enterprise artificial intelligence capabilities. You will partner closely with business-facing Product Managers who directly engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and translate priorities into actionable technology outcomes that deliver measurable value.

You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, working across engineering, architecture, security, legal, risk, and product teams to ensure AI investments align with enterprise objectives. You will help define and prioritize roadmaps for solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem while supporting the firm’s broader AI strategy across emerging technologies and platforms.

In this role, you will partner with Engineering Managers and technical leads to balance business demand, platform capabilities, technical constraints, and enterprise priorities. You will work alongside teams building AI agents and automation capabilities to identify friction points, understand adoption challenges, and drive solutions that accelerate value realization across the organization.

You will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, dependencies, and outcomes while maintaining alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to influence diverse audiences ranging from senior executives to engineers and solution builders.

• You bring experience managing technology products and translating business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• You have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application within enterprise productivity, automation, and business process scenarios.
• You possess experience working with Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• You are skilled at partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize outcomes, and define success measures.
