How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead teams transitioning from traditional waterfall delivery models into Agile ways of working.
• Establish and mature new Scrum teams within a Capital Markets technology organization.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies while creating accountability, transparency, and predictable delivery.
• Apply SAFe principles and practices as the organization expands its Agile operating model.
• Partner with technology, business, and Front Office stakeholders to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Use project management experience to provide structure while teams and stakeholders adapt to Agile delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles while helping remove organizational and execution barriers.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Capital Markets Agile Transformation?

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred for this senior-level opportunity.
• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Front Office Capital Markets experience is required.
• Experience transitioning teams or organizations from waterfall methodologies to Agile practices.
• Practical experience establishing or standing up new Scrum teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework practices.
• Project management experience in addition to Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, stakeholder-heavy financial-services environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and organizational-change capabilities.
• Ability to balance Agile coaching with the structure and delivery discipline required in a regulated enterprise environment.
