The ideal candidate combines strong UX craft, research expertise, stakeholder management, and design leadership. Candidates should possess 10+ years of product design experience, 5+ years leading design initiatives, and strong expertise with Figma and modern design and research tools. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of delivering impactful customer-centric experiences across multiple platforms.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $71.40 - $71.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
