10 is currently seeking an ATM Lab Technician for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a candidate to help support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of an ATM Lab, combined with experience in software installation and configuration. This role involves working with both physical and virtual ATM machines within a vSphere infrastructure to prepare hardware for testing and deploy necessary software and patches.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and patch software on Windows systems
• Install ATM software to both virtual and physical ATM machines
• Install vulnerability patches to address CVEs on Windows
• Prepare physical ATM hardware for testing, ensuring all devices are operative
• Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and networking/connectivity issues
• Coordinate complex repairs with on-site technicians
• Install software using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (e.g., SCCM)
• Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines and remediate failures

Requirements:

• Experience with planning, scheduling, and executing software installs and updates
• Experience with software distribution tools (e.g., SCCM)
• Networking skills
• Power Shell scripting
• Python scripting
• Familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platforms
• ATM hardware technician experience
• Basic knowledge of AI prompt engineering

Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
