Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Work Itself Interning within Technology means being part of a team that is dedicated to enabling growth, remaining diligent about security, embracing solutions for all lines of business and leveraging data as an asset. Throughout the duration of the 11-week program, you'll have the ability to hone your skills in analytical thinking, data analysis, and cross function communication to name a few.

Typically, interns are matched with a specific team and manager in mid-spring. Doing so offers the ability to assign program participants to real-time, business critical needs. You could be on an AI & Analytics team on one of our technology pillar groups such as…EDA:
Enterprise Data & Analytics Responsible for Ally's critical data assets, including key business data warehouses and analytics and reporting platforms. In addition, EDA is the driver of Nucleus, Ally's transformational enterprise data warehouse to develop an integrated data and analytics ecosystem, leverage data as an asset, and position Ally for accelerated revenue growth and innovation.

Enterprise Technology & Architecture From network services to server management, the ETA team ensures enterprise-wide technology operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an always-on experience. Provides an optimal technology experience for Ally’s external customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on cloud acceleration/engineering, AI ops, and self-healing technology.
