Job Description We are seeking a Seasoned Analyst/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence report development using Tableau, SQL, and ETL tooling such as Alteryx and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements through deployment and stakeholder presentation. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions to support analytics and reporting. Build and enhance Tableau reporting solutions to track and assess performance. Create and maintain procedures and documentation for data pipelines and reports. Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions from complex data to inform business decisions. Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and data sources, apply analytics, and implement delivery strategies.

Provide guidance on process improvements and best practices with measurable benefits. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

3+ years of Tableau report development, including dashboard design and performance optimization. 3+ years of Alteryx development for ETL and data preparation. 3+ years of SQL coding and reporting with intermediate to advanced proficiency. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capability. Proven interpersonal skills to solicit and incorporate stakeholder input.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time to strict deadlines. Preferred

Skills:

Experience in hybrid work environments and collaboration across business and technology teams. Background in performance tracking and KPI design within financial services or similar domains.
