Business Internship

At a Glance- You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
- Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
- Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

You'll be at the forefront of incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support, helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly. Your efforts will directly empower nearly forty thousand customer service representatives, enabling them to provide world-class service to thirty-one million customers.
You’ll also assist in guiding change management processes that ensure smooth technology rollouts without causing disruptions. You'll be an active member of our operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences how customers experience our brand every day.
Required Qualifications- Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Analytical skills

- Project and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
