Low Level Environment Manager

Own and govern all Lower Level Environments (Development, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Pre-Production), ensuring effective utilization, availability, stability, and readiness to support application development, testing, and release activities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain end-to-end ownership and custody of all Lower Level Environments (LLEs).
- Govern environment allocation, scheduling, access, and usage across multiple teams and projects.
- Manage environment demand, capacity planning, and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts.
- Coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, deployments, test data management, and configuration changes.
- Monitor environment health, availability, and performance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Serve as the central point of contact for environment-related requests, escalations, and prioritization decisions.
- Partner with Application, QA, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Database, and Release Management teams to ensure environment readiness.
- Maintain environment inventory, standards, documentation, and governance processes.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance environment management efficiency.
- Publish regular reports on environment utilization, availability, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Testing Lifecycle, and Release Management.
- Experience managing Development, QA, SIT, UAT, and Pre-Production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Management.
- Experience in capacity planning, incident management, and environment governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- 10+ years in Environment Management, Dev Ops, Release Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Application Support.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably Banking and Financial Services.
- ITIL, Agile, Cloud, or Dev Ops certifications preferred.
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
