Building the Future of Energy
At HSP US, we’re looking for motivated, goal‑oriented professionals who want to grow their careers while contributing to high‑impact work in the energy sector. If you’re energized by technical problem‑solving, customer collaboration, and creating tailored engineering solutions, this role is for you. As a fast‑growing operation, we are building state‑of‑the‑art production capabilities, cutting‑edge processes, and a high‑performance culture centered around quality, safety, and innovation.
Joining our team means being part of a once‑in‑a‑generation start‑up environment where you help lay the foundation for operational excellence for years to come.
As a Digital Factory Specialist, you play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. Every efficient production process begins with connected systems, accurate data, and seamless information flow, and that’s where you come in. You’ll implement, optimize, and support digital solutions such as MES and ERP systems while helping to integrate data across the entire production lifecycle, from incoming order to finished product.
Working closely with operations, engineering, quality, and IT teams, you’ll lead initiatives focused on automation, process harmonization, data analytics, and continuous improvement. You’ll also evaluate and apply AI‑driven technologies to support predictive analytics, process optimization, and intelligent decision‑making. If you enjoy leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, improve efficiency, and build smarter manufacturing environments aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, you’ll thrive in this role.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MES, ERP, and related systems (e.g., SCADA, historian databases).
- Ensure real‑time data collection, visibility, and traceability across all manufacturing operations.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI and machine learning use cases for predictive maintenance, quality assurance, and production forecasting.
- Support automation and digital twin initiatives across key areas (winding, machining, resin casting, assembly).
- Drive IoT integrations and real‑time KPI dashboards for operational excellence.
- Map and digitalize core production workflows; lead initiatives to reduce manual interventions and improve process standardization.
- Champion user adoption of new digital tools; deliver training to operators, engineers, and stakeholders on MES, dashboards, and analytics.
- Serve as a key interface between IT, production, engineering, and leadership teams to align digital capabilities with operational goals.
- Ensure all digital tools and systems align with internal standards and industry‑specific cybersecurity and data integrity requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Automation, or related field (required); master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing MES, ERP, or factory digitalization solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IIoT, SCADA, OPC‑UA, and digital twins.
- Understanding of ISA‑95 architecture and integration of OT/IT layers.
- Experience managing cross‑functional digital projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
