We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Planning Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase to design, develop, and support enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building multidimensional applications, optimizing Essbase performance, and collaborating with finance teams to deliver scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
Required Experience- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Essbase.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Essbase.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining multidimensional Essbase cubes.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience with Smart View, data integration, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and integration.
- Experience creating and maintaining business rules, calculation scripts, and metadata.
- Knowledge of Hyperion security administration and application management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning applications and Essbase cubes.
- Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
- Develop and optimize calculation scripts, business rules, and data load processes for improved system performance.
- Manage application metadata, dimensions, security, and user access within Hyperion Planning.
- Build and support Smart View reports and financial reporting solutions.
- Perform data integration using SQL and Oracle EPM integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, calculation, and performance issues.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements across Oracle EPM environments.
- Create technical documentation and provide end-user support and training.
- Ensure application reliability, data accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or related Oracle EPM products is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and enterprise financial systems is preferred.
