About the jobA leading financial technology software company is expanding its AI quality team and needs a detail-driven analyst. You'll review AI-generated conversations (chat bot) and financial guidance to make sure what customers see is accurate, compliant, and genuinely helpful.
Requirements- 1-3 years of professional experience (internships count) ideally in customer service, customer experience, banking operations, lending, technical support, or quality assurance.
- Genuine interest in personal finance, credit, and banking
- Strong eye for detail, with a knack for spotting errors and inconsistencies
- Comfortable navigating CRMs, customer data platforms, and ticketing-style QA tools
- Confident in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and working with CSV files
- Able to dig through large volumes of data, such as credit reports and transaction histories, to verify accuracy
- Customer-first mindset with clear written communication
- Interest in AI and how it's used in customer-facing products
