Position: Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting testing and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca and other automation tools

+ Support end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure quality standards are met

+ Translate business requirements into manual and automated test cases

+ Contribute to testing transformation strategies by enhancing automation coverage and supporting UAT efforts

** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of QA, testing, or related experience in a financial or banking environment

+ 3-4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a commercial banking setting

+ Minimum 4+ years of experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Hyper Execute, and ALM Octane

+ Proven ability to convert manual test scripts into automated solutions

+ Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and test reporting
