IT Operations – Security Manager

• Run day-to-day IT support for office and field teams
• Manage help desk, hardware/software issues, connectivity, and access
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Office
• Support VPN and remote access for a distributed workforce
• Own company phone systems
• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access in Entra /Azure AD
• Review and right-size software and SharePoint permissions
• Administer MFA, SSO, and secure access across platforms
• Manage standard device builds and endpoint management
• Run end-to-end new-hire setups
• Oversee equipment return, wiping, redeployment, and mobile plans
• Maintain IT asset records, licenses, purchasing, and budgeting
• Own endpoint protection, email security, patching, backups, and disaster recovery
• Build incident-response capability and lead response
• Own business continuity and redundancy planning
• Support new platforms and SSO rollout
• Provide systems-integration support across Procore, Sage, and Fexa
• Administer the company website, careers page, and ATS feed
• Partner with HR and leadership on IT safety, security, and acceptable-use policies
• Contribute technical guidance on AI/ML/LLM governance
• Manage transition off the external IT vendor
• Write SOPs and scalable IT process documentation
• Support remote and field work forces with mobile-first tools

• Several years of hands‑on IT across support, systems admin, and security
• Strong Entra /Azure AD identity & access management
• Cybersecurity fundamentals: endpoint protection, email security, DR, incident response
• Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• VPN + remote‑access support for distributed teams
• Endpoint/device management + IT asset/license management
• Vendor/MSP management, ideally including bringing services in-house
• Systems‑integration literacy + SSO experience
• Judgment to balance protection with enablement and build from scratch
• Experience with SSO implementations or cutovers
• Familiarity with Procore, Fexa, Sage Timberline, Pro Est
• Exposure to AI/ML/LLM governance
• Business phone system administration
• Website/careers‑page + ATS feed administration (Workable)
• Certifications:
  
  Security+, Microsoft (Entra/Azure/M365), Cisco
• Experience supporting construction, facilities, or field-based workforce

Demonstrates expertise in IT support, systems administration, and security, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Entra /Azure AD, and endpoint management. Capable of managing IT asset records, vendor relationships, and implementing cybersecurity measures while supporting a distributed workforce.
