As an IT Desktop Technician, you will provide front-line technical support for clinical and administrative teams and help maintain critical systems including EPIC EHR.
What You Will Do 'll provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting services to maintain the performance and reliability of desktop systems and end-user technology across the organization. /p- >
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, remote tools, and in-person assistance /li >
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues /li >
Support EPIC EHR users by addressing access, performance, and workflow-related concerns /li >
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and standard productivity applications /li >
Deploy, image, and configure computers and other end-user devices /li >
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and issue resolutions within the ticketing system /li >
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues /li >
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning /li >
Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, security policies, and organizational IT standards /li >
Deliver professional, customer-focused support to clinicians, staff, and business users /li
Hybrid role, Monday through Friday /li >
Occasional travel between locations /li >
Occasional after-hours support /li >

What You'll Bring > >
Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience /li >
Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience /li >
Strong Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills /li >
Experience with ticketing and remote support tools /li >
Excellent communication and customer service skills /li erred Qualifications > >
EPIC EHR support experience /li >
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications /li >
Healthcare IT experience /li
