Business Execution Analyst - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution for key business applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will partner with product owners and technology teams to drive process improvements, support CRM transformation efforts, and provide operational support to users.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution
• Conduct research, analyze data, document requirements, and prepare presentations and status materials
• Provide day-to-day support for product applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams Deal Hub
• Research and resolve user issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate with technology partners
• Support the migration of CIB Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other strategic platform initiatives
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, mapping validation, testing, and process documentation
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and support organizations to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience through automation and operational improvements

Requirements:

• 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull, organize, reconcile, and interpret data
• Ability to independently research issues and communicate clear findings and recommendations
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Experience supporting business applications, operational processes, or technology projects
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Share Point
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, track details, and follow work through completion
• Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly

Desired skills:

• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, lending, or another financial services environment
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM), deal management, lending, or operational workflows
• Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, nCino, Jira, or Power Platform
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Experience supporting users, researching production issues, preparing requirements, or executing application testing
• Familiarity with data mapping, data reconciliation, or system integration projects
• Familiarity with Agile or other structured technology delivery practices

Pay range: $36.56 - $44.56 per hour
