Job Overview

Seeking a senior analytics professional to lead measurement, reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence strategy for the Tachyon platform.

This role will define KPIs, OKRs, reporting standards, and success measures while developing scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, data solutions, and executive-level insights.

The ideal candidate combines advanced analytics, Power BI, SQL, data pipelines, KPI/OKR development, Power Platform, and strong stakeholder/executive communication
.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute measurement and reporting strategies covering platform adoption, developer experience, operational performance, governance, cost, and business value.
• Develop KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks
  .
• Build and maintain scalable reporting datasets, data pipelines, and BI solutions.
• Analyze operational, product, engineering, financial, and user-adoption data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Governance, Security, Fin Ops, and Business teams.
• Monitor platform availability, utilization, service quality, adoption, time-to-value, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Create executive presentations and visualizations communicating performance, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
• Develop self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform

• Leverage Power Apps to automate workflows and improve business processes.
• Establish data quality, governance, reporting standards, and trusted enterprise metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in analytics, reporting, measurement, BI, or enterprise platform analytics.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong SQL and database experience.
• Data modeling, ETL/data extraction, transformation, and reporting optimization.
• Experience developing KPIs, OKRs, performance metrics, and executive dashboards
  .
• Experience with data pipelines and data integration.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality.
• Experience communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills.
