Job Summary:

The AI Discoverability Pod establishes a coordinated operating model, bringing together content, tech, design, corp comm, etc. to execute work across priority work streams.

The pod will consist of 14 specialized contractors dedicated to increasing the visibility and presence across AI-powered search and chatbot experiences. The team will work in close partnership with stakeholders and our external SEO/AI agency to drive strategy, content development, optimization, and measurement.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Information Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2. 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, user experience, or related disciplines.
• 3. Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, web analytics, content optimization, and emerging AI-powered search experiences, including an understanding of how content is discovered and surfaced across search engines and answer engines.
• 4. Experience leading complex digital initiatives or cross-functional work streams, including coordinating efforts across content, technology, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• 5. Ability to identify market trends, evolving search behaviors, competitive opportunities, and emerging technologies to inform digital discoverability strategies and business recommendations.
• 6. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical, analytical, or business concepts into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
• 7. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, provide guidance to teammates, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.
• 8. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including analyzing performance data, developing business cases, and creating executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.

• 1. Experience using Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics platforms.
• 2. Familiarity with generative AI platforms, AI-powered search experiences, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) concepts.
• 3. Experience working with external agencies or vendor partners.
• 4. Experience developing data-driven content, SEO, or digital optimization strategies.
• 5. Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
