Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• Lead model governance and validation readiness activities across the AI/ML model lifecycle.
• Coordinate model documentation, evidence collection, validation support, and findings remediation.
• Partner with Data Scientists, Validators, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to meet governance and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure models are audit, MRM, and production ready, including monitoring, testing, and explainability requirements.

• 4+ years of experience supporting AI/ML model development, model governance, or model risk management.
• Knowledge of model validation processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and Agile delivery experience.

• Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, virtual assistants, or digital platform technologies.
• Understanding of AI governance, explainability, bias testing, and model monitoring practices.
• Experience preparing models for validation, audit, or regulatory review.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
