At AIG, technology plays a critical role in how we manage risk, serve our clients, and enable our businesses around the world. Our Technology teams design, build, secure, and support the systems and data solutions that help AIG operate effectively, make informed decisions, and continue to innovate. As a Technology Analyst, you will join AIG’s Technology Analyst Program (TAP), a 24-month rotational program designed to build a breadth and depth of technology skills and capabilities through three 8-month rotations.

You will gain hands‑on experience working alongside technology professionals on meaningful projects that support AIG’s business and technology priorities. This experience will provide opportunities to broaden your exposure across Technology, develop your technical, business, and professional skills, and build connections across the organization. Opportunities may span Business Technology, Corporate Technology, and IT Business Management, providing insight into how technology solutions, strategy, and operations support a global insurance organization.
