Brooksource is searching for a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our enterprise banking & financial services client's Fraud Data Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure critical fraud data initiatives are successfully delivered.

The ideal candidate will function as a hybrid Business Systems Analyst and Business Architect, developing a deep understanding of the Fraud Data Platform and its supporting systems. This individual will become a subject matter expert on the application, translate business needs into technical requirements, and partner closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to drive solutions from concept through delivery.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop expertise in the company's Fraud Data Platform and supporting systems.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, backlog refinement sessions, and solution reviews.
• Partner with developers and architects to define and validate system solutions.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and system capabilities.
• Create process flows, data mappings, system documentation, and user stories.
• Help identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts across applications and integrations.
• Support testing efforts, including validation of requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience working between business stakeholders and software engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise within complex applications and platforms.

• Experience supporting fraud, risk, financial services, or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience creating process flows, data mappings, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile development practices.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and modern data platforms.
• Banking or financial services experience.
