IT Business Analyst - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

In this role, the IT Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for the Business Management function in support of the Technology group and the Chief Information Officer. The position involves managing deliverables associated with workplace productivity, employee engagement, budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense analysis. This role will also coordinate specific projects, communication efforts, and project portfolio reporting for senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budget preparation and expenses control functions within Technology, including coordinating requests for consultants, and headcount requisitions, onboarding, tracking and reporting across the CIO organization
• Work closely with Finance to analyze and produce financial reporting, articulating variances and drivers for key technology expenditures
• Responsible for the preparation of BAU and ad-hoc senior management decks and presentations, including materials for meeting with regulators
• Create and maintain dashboards and/or scorecards to monitor the performance of the Technology team KPIs and KRI
• Collaborate with Central PMO team on all financial related transactions for the overall IT Portfolio
• Collaborate with Procurement in the analysis and oversight of third-party vendor relationships and related technology expenditure
• Partner with internal control functions including compliance, audit, risk management, HR and business continuity to address department deliverables and escalations on a continuous basis
• Partner with transformation team on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) implementation
• Coordinate all process improvement work streams (ongoing and new) in relation to IT Business Management function

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience working in a business management capacity, in either a Financial Services institution or consultant firm
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of technology landscape, data and the use of data in business processes
• Strong project management abilities including multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
• Skilled in conceptualizing, documenting and presenting creative solutions
• Ability to conduct analysis as part of project related work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate concepts and ideas to diverse audiences
• Able to work autonomously and be a complete self-starter
• Must have strong work ethics and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines and to deal with changing priorities upon short notice

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI and Visio
• Knowledge of Service Now and TBM/Apptio

Pay range up to: $57.69 per hour
