Job Summary
Drive Agile delivery execution for a squad in a regulated payments migration program. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and ensure smooth flow of work while maintaining compliance with governance and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Drive end-to-end delivery flow and ensure timely completion of sprint commitments
- Identify and remove impediments across teams, vendors, and compliance processes
- Track and report flow metrics such as lead time, WIP, defect escape, and SLO burn
- Coach the team on Agile best practices, engineering hygiene, and Biz Dev Ops adoption
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on delivery priorities and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to change management and audit requirements in a regulated environment
- Support delivery coordination during migration, parallel-run, and cutover activities
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in financial services
- Strong experience managing regulated environments and audit-controlled delivery
- Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and unblock execution challenges
- Experience in mainframe-to-cloud migration programs
- Familiarity with parallel-run governance and cutover planning
- Exposure to payments domain and real-time systems
