VP, Enterprise Technology

The Vice President, Enterprise Technology serves as the Bank's senior technology executive responsible for the architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of the Bank's enterprise banking platforms. This role is accountable for the stability, availability, resilience, and secure operation of the core banking, digital banking, payment systems, enterprise applications, and customer-facing services.

The Vice President provides executive leadership across banking, operations, technology, and information security. The role develops and maintains the architecture for the Bank’s core and ancillary platforms so that business processes, application integrations, data flows, access controls, and security requirements operate as a cohesive and supportable environment. This responsibility spans core banking and ancillary systems; branch and deposit operations; lending and credit platforms;

ACH, wires, payments, and treasury services; accounting and general-ledger integration; identity, access, and application security; vendor platforms, APIs, interfaces, and file transfers; and the alignment of technology architecture with regulatory requirements.

The Vice President partners closely with the CISO to ensure banking platform technologies are implemented and operated in accordance with approved security policies, regulatory expectations, and the Bank's established risk appetite. The CISO provides independent governance, oversight, and risk management while the Vice President is responsible for the execution, operation, and technical delivery of banking technology services.

• Establish and oversee enterprise application and integration architecture across core banking, ancillary systems, vendor platforms, APIs, interfaces, and file transfers, ensuring that ownership, dependencies, data flows, access controls, recovery requirements, and regulatory obligations are documented and governed throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Lead the administration, support, strategic evolution, and lifecycle management of the Bank's core banking, digital payments, and enterprise banking platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and highly available production operations.
• Provide executive leadership for enterprise core banking conversion and modernization initiatives, including planning, implementation, testing, cutover, post-conversion stabilization, and coordination with business leaders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes while minimizing operational risk.
• Partner with Information Security, IT Operations, application owners, and business stakeholders to coordinate vulnerability remediation, cybersecurity incident response, and other security-related operational activities.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure operational excellence, service quality, successful project delivery, and effective contract performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise technology standards and operational procedures; maintain technical documentation and technology roadmaps; and establish governance practices that support secure, reliable, and resilient operations.
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and third-party assessments by providing technical leadership, operational evidence, and remediation support while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and business leadership to address identified findings.
