TECHNAMOis a Tier-I Contractor to provideIT Services to the Virginia govt. agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to provide services to state govt. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware, and Maryland govt. agencies.

• Configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system.
• Conduct unit testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis.
• Act as a functional point of contact between other functional departments and IT/HR leaders to gather requirements on new configuration and triage production breaks.
• Conduct analysis of current process within Workday and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Align with global and local participants in planning, analysis, and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements.
• Utilize a ticket system to respond to tier two support requests.
• Collaborate with global HRIS partners to develop solutions for Workday enhancements and fixes that meet regional and global needs for a balanced platform.
• Collaborate with HR Communications teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management.
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members for areas of Workday expertise.
• Serve as subject matter expert on HR business processes; document processes and generate concise, understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and secure partner sign-off.
• Identify and articulate options to partners and influence decisions based on facts and analysis.

• At least four (4) years of experience with Workday HCM, Global Implementation, Workday updates, Performance, Talent, Compensation.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and Calc Fields.
• Advanced reporting in Workday.
• Preferable training from a Workday or Implementation partner.
• Hands-on recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse and Workday Recruiting.
• Good communication skills.
