The role supports end-to-end production for the ecommerce business, contributing to content operations execution across web and app. It includes supporting the production team responsible for content publishing, QA, and campaign execution, while helping drive excellence in onsite experience, automation, and continuous CMS and product enhancements

Role Details

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Support the production team in delivering onsite content and campaigns, ensuring quality and timeliness across assigned work streams.

Support and help execute production strategy (web & app), working closely with the Manager

Contribute to onsite transformation initiatives — including taxonomy and navigation updates, category homepage builds, and digital leaflet automation — to improve conversion and speed-to-market.

Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Precision Media requests and campaigns, coordinating production timelines and ensuring smooth execution.

Support market launches, capability building, and operational readiness as directed by the Manager - Onsite.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to help define requirements, test solutions, and support the launch of CMS and onsite enhancements.

Help manage and prioritize the production backlog, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, enhancements, optimizations, and issue resolution.

Support execution of onsite experiences, including wireframes and landing pages, in collaboration with UX and Marketing teams to drive engagement and conversion.

Act as a first-line responder for onsite issues, escalating critical items promptly to mitigate revenue and customer experience impact.

Support the mentoring and day-to-day guidance of junior production team members, helping maintain clear performance and quality standards.

Help enforce QA/QC governance and publishing standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across production output.

Support automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across production workflows, including CMS optimization and digital publishing, to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
