- 10 years of Teamcenter platform experience with a strong focus on architecture and performance engineering.
- Extensive hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale Teamcenter deployments.
- Proven experience conducting load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex Teamcenter performance issues.
- Experience establishing SLAs, KPIs, and performance baselines.
- Strong Oracle database performance tuning experience.
- Experience with Teamcenter Performance Monitor (TPM) and monitoring solutions.
- Expertise in infrastructure performance diagnostics across Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience supporting high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes.
- Experience supporting large global Teamcenter Multi-Site deployments.
- Experience integrating enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-hosted Teamcenter environments.
- Experience designing performance improvement roadmaps and platform modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
