Paysend Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to safeguard the health of our transaction ecosystem, overseeing end-to-end payment flows and real-time data analysis. You will trace transactions, diagnose root causes, and support releases while ensuring services remain reliable for millions of customers worldwide.

You will work with Oracle SQL, Postman, Open Search, and Grafana to monitor, investigate, and resolve issues across both B2C and Enterprise product lines.
