• Owns the future‑state data platform strategy as the organization moves toward consolidating on Databricks in AWS
• Helps establish the architecture and governance needed to support reliable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases
• Partners across disconnected business units and ERP environments to create a more connected data foundation
• Balances strategic platform leadership with hands‑on technical execution, including direct work inside the Databricks environment
• Provides leadership for the broader data ecosystem, likely including future alignment with pipeline integration resources

• Deep hands‑on experience in Databricks, including architecture, governance, implementation, and platform management
• Experience standing up or modernizing enterprise data platforms in complex, multi‑system environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture, transformation life cycles, medallion architecture, and platform connectivity
• Ability to enable AI use cases through a well‑structured, scalable data foundation
• Background in HVAC, field services, PE‑backed platforms, multi‑site businesses, or other service‑based industries would be highly valuable
