This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent, located in Kings Mountain NC. The primary responsibilities of the position include selling and managing insurance policies, budgeting insurance programs for clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves working closely with clients to assess and match their insurance needs with appropriate solutions, as well as maintaining current knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong background in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of Finance principles relevant to insurance and policy management
• Active insurance license and familiarity with industry regulations
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate professionalism
• Proficiency in using industry-related software or tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
