CENCO Claims is seeking a Daily Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential property inspections and claim assessments in the Charlotte, North Carolina area

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate loss and damage
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate
• Capture detailed photo documentation and complete clear inspection reports
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
• Submit organized claim files that meet carrier guidelines and timelines

• Active North Carolina adjuster license or approved home state license
• Working knowledge of Xactimate (or willingness to learn)
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to perform field inspections independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
