Positive Development is seeking a Bilingual Central Scheduler (English/Spanish) to manage high-volume scheduling across our autism services. The role requires coordinating clinicians and Child Developmental Specialists in a fast-paced, care-driven environment in the CST/EST/MT time zones.
You will maintain accurate schedules, adhere to CPT codes and authorization limits, and communicate with families and internal teams to minimize disruptions and optimize service delivery.
