Devoted Health is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver virtual primary care via our telehealth platform. You will manage chronic conditions, perform preventive care, treat acute issues, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote model.
You must hold an active APRN or PA license, board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine, and at least 2 years of primary care or internal medicine
