Principle Recruiting is working directly with an AmLaw 100 firm that is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Associate to join their Charlotte, NC Office.

- AmLaw 100 platform with a well‑established CRE practice
- Direct mentorship from the partner you will work with day‑to‑day
- Hybrid schedule (three days in office)
- Genuine partnership track with defined expectations
- Team culture centered on collaboration, curiosity, and professional development
- 1+ years of experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate finance transactions, and/or loan workouts. Ideally experience in both commercial lending and commercial real estate finance transactions.
- The firm will consider candidates with strong transactional backgrounds outside of the real estate space.
- JD & active license in NC (SC state bar is a plus!).
