Attorney Licensed in SC/NC (Hybrid position)
Open for attorneys licensed in NC/SC. Our firm is a hybrid workplace, but candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance of our main office in Charlotte, NC.
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of business law experience, graduated with a J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school, and be already licensed in NC/SC. The right person for this position is willing to learn, has a great attitude, is ethical and honest, and has a strong work ethic. We’re looking for an individual who works well with others, has strong attention to detail, uses good judgment, and is professional in all business dealings.
Candidates must also possess strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Licensed in NC/SC
- 5+ years of business law or relevant experience
- Live within reasonable distance of Charlotte, NC office location
- Comfortable and adept at working in a hybrid workplace
- Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and self‑management skills
- Strong communication, writing, and research skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with current technology and ease of learning new technology, including cloud‑based programs and apps
- Goal‑oriented and adept at planning for and meeting goals
- Comfortable with networking and business‑to‑business relationship development
- Capable of multi‑tasking, organization, and managing deadlines
