About the Role:
McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Barred Real Estate Attorney to join its Charlotte, NC office. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior interpersonal and customer service skills in the real estate legal field.
As a Real Estate Closing Attorney, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing title work
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Communicating with sellers, buyers, brokers, lenders, and other involved parties
- Managing all aspects of residential closings from start to finish
