Labor Law Associate

Bridgehouse Law LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Employment & Labor Law practice. This position is ideal for a first- or second-year attorney who is passionate about workplace law and interested in developing long-term expertise in this field.

The Associate will work closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership on a variety of employment and labor matters, including advisory, compliance, and litigation support. This role offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to both domestic and international clients.

• Assist with employment and labor law matters
• Draft and review employment‑related agreements, policies, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Support EEOC matters and administrative filings
• Assist with employment litigation and dispute resolution
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Participate in client consultations and case strategy meetings
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys, operations, and support staff

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar
• 1–2 years of legal experience (employment/labor)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Familiarity with EEOC procedures and workplace compliance
