Real Estate Lending Associate (Mid-Level)

Responsibilitiesand Qualifications
- Represent financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset‑based lending, specifically loan origination.
- Represent developers in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of real estate and other forms of collateral.
- Must be a member of the NY or NC State Bar (or able to waive into NC).
- Have 4‑6 years of experience in the above areas.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, and ability to multi‑task and manage time to meet deadlines.

Compensation and BenefitsExpected pay range: $310,000 - $390,000. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job‑related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials where market pay differs from the national average.
