In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

Location:

Madison, WI (Epic campus). Relocation assistance provided.

You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel Epic on its evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
• Counsel Epic on competitive landscape and evolving market.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• 3–7 years experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
