Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Charlotte. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of real estate litigation matters and providing expert advice to clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that real estate deals are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements.
- Conducting due diligence on properties involved in transactions.
- Providing legal guidance on zoning and land use issues.
- Handling negotiations and settlements.
- Representing clients in court for real estate disputes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
- Proven 3+ years experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
The pay listed for this role is $200k.
