• Source, screen, and engage high‑caliber legal, compliance, and risk professionals across in‑house, firm‑side (selective), and advisory roles.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews focused on legal expertise, leadership capability, and business alignment.
• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches with accuracy, urgency, and discretion.
• Prepare candidates for interviews through structured briefing, compensation alignment, and role context.
