Job Details

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of construction law or construction litigation experience
  • Ability to manage complex cases from early investigation through resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and trial‑focused preparation.

Skills:

  • Experience with depositions, including taking and defending key fact and expert witnesses.
  • Familiarity with standard construction industry contract forms (e.g., AIA documents).
  • Strong legal writing skills, particularly in dispositive motion practice.

Credentials:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with solid academic performance.

Attributes:

  • Practical, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex fact patterns.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team‑focused litigation group.
