In-House Litigation Counsel

In-House Litigation Counsel (On-site / Charlotte, NC)

Latitude is working with a client in the insurance industry that is adding a full-time in-house litigation counsel to its dynamic and well-respected legal team. This role will be responsible for managing litigation and outside counsel, advising on risk matters, and handling subpoena and eDiscovery responses. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry, coverage matters, and restrictive covenant litigation.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding professional references
• Located in the Charlotte, NC area

Pay:
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
