This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in handling personal injury cases to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
- Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
- Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
- Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
- Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
- Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
- 2+ years Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases
