We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm known for its top-tier litigation practice to identify a Senior Litigation Attorney for its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This opportunity is designed for an experienced litigator who brings depth, judgment, and confidence to complex civil matters and is looking to contribute to a growing and sophisticated practice.
The Role
- Develop case strategy, manage discovery, and handle motion practice
- Lead defense of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in arbitration and trial proceedings
- Maintain primary responsibility for assigned matters while collaborating with experienced litigators
Experience & Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina and in good standing
- 8+ years of civil litigation defense experience, open to senior litigation attorneys, Of - Counsel and Partner level with or without a portable book of business
- Substantial experience handling matters in civil or commercial litigation areas such as
- Demonstrated success taking cases through trial and arbitration
- Strong written advocacy and client-facing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation, typically ranging from $175,000 to $230,000+, commensurate with experience and practice contributions. Additional consideration may be given for candidates with a portable book of business. Figures are provided as an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications.
