Litigation Associate Attorney

Oakstreet Attorney Search is assisting a large law firm in their search for a mid-level to senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for the firm's Charlotte office. This position will work closely with the firm's practice group leader, with 75% of the role focusing on employment litigation and 25% of the role focusing on employment advice and counseling.

Qualified candidates must have at least four years of dedicated defense-side employment litigation and counseling experience, including defending employers against lawsuits involving the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and Title VII, as well as handling EEOC charges. Experience providing advice and counsel to HR professionals and corporate executives across a range of industries is also required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in North Carolina or be eligible for admission by waiver.
