Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year.
A bit about usEstablished, reputable law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of Civil Litigation and 1+ years of experience with coverage of first-party/third-party insurance coverage. The ideal candidate will have licensure in both NC & SC, and candidates who can obtain both within their first year of employment will also be considered.
This role is 50/50 insurance coverage and insurance defense.

- 401k, 3% Match
- Billable Hours are 1875. Flexible firm: if you want to bill 1875, no issue; if you want to make more money, bonuses start mple: bill 2100 hours and you’ll be paid $36,000 more a year.
- 2+ years of experience with Litigation.
- 1-2 years of experience in 1st/3rd party insurance coverage.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Position requires both NC & SC licensure, or ability to obtain both within 1 year of employment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a team-oriented environment.
