Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented
Supply Chain Coordinator
to manage and coordinate
end-to-end supply chain activities
across multiple, complex, and unique business and customer work streams. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the full lifecycle of supply chain operations—from production planning and procurement through freight management, inventory transactions, and final delivery to end customers.
The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination point between customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery of projects and products. This role operates within the Supply Chain organization and supports both operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Supply Chain Management
- Own and coordinate
end-to-end supply chain execution
across multiple concurrent, complex, and customized business and customer work streams - Plan, prioritize, and manage
production schedules and purchase orders
in alignment with customer delivery requirements and capacity constraints - Coordinate closely with procurement, production, engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure supply chain activities are aligned with project milestones
- Proactively identify risks, constraints, or conflicts across work streams and elevate with recommended mitigation actions
Delivery Coordination
- Schedule and manage
outbound deliveries to end customers
, ensuring alignment with project timelines, site readiness, and transportation availability - Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, changes, and issue resolution
- Coordinate delivery dates and times with customers, drivers, dispatch teams, and field operations
- Track, trace, and communicate shipment status, proactively managing delays or exceptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery information in all relevant systems
Logistics & Freight Coordination
- Manage
inbound and outbound logistics operations
, including domestic and international shipments - Coordinate and manage
freight forwarder bookings, transportation modes, and shipping lanes
to optimize cost, transit time, and reliability - Liaise with freight carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and forwarders to schedule shipments and resolve transportation issues
- Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms
- Assist in the optimization of logistics and transportation processes across multiple supply chain flows
Inventory & Transaction Management
- Manage and execute
inventory transactions
, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments across systems - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure visibility of stock movements across warehouses and project locations
- Coordinate material availability to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments
Logistics Administration & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, delivery notes)
- Maintain data accuracy across internal and external systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, customer portals)
- Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, delivery reliability, inventory levels, and costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or related administrative roles
- Experience managing
multiple, complex, and parallel supply chain or project work streams - Strong planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a highly visible environment with competing priorities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred
