SIOP Manager
The SIOP Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, with primary ownership of demand planning.
This role ensures alignment across commercial, supply chain, and financial objectives by driving a structured, data-driven planning cadence.
The position partners cross-functionally to develop accurate unit and revenue forecasts, balance supply and demand, and enable executive decision-making while advancing technology-enabled planning initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the end-to-end SIOP process including all planning cycles
- Own and direct the demand planning process using data, analytics, and business inputs
- Lead a team of demand planners to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts
- Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast period
- Implement and standardize forecasting processes to support promotional alignment and New Product Development (NPD)
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on a consensus plan
- Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings and communicate risks and opportunities
- Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement actions
- Support implementation of planning systems and digital tools
- Drive process improvements and standardization
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Years of Experience and Knowledge
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning or SIOP/IBP processes
- Experience leading or mentoring planning teams
Skills and Abilities
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
- Experience with JDE, Planning Analytics, or other IBP and advanced forecasting tools
- Ability to analyze, manipulate, and gain insight from that data, including data visualization tools i.e. Power BI
- Ability to communicate effectively at executive levels
- Familiarity with causal, time series, and machine learning forecast models
Travel Requirements
- Expected Travel up to 10%
