• Assist in planning and assigning freight loads across available capacity
• Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate tracking updates

• Communicate shipment status updates, delays, and delivery confirmations
• Support coordination between dispatch workflows and shipment timelines
• Identify service disruptions and assist in resolution processes
